Stephen is an international aerospace and defense executive, board member and strategic adviser with particular expertise helping European and allied companies become credible, competitive and compliant participants in the U.S. market.

As Chief Executive Officer of AgustaWestland North America, he transformed a four-person operation into a 400-employee enterprise with more than $3 billion in business. He led major capture campaigns, built industrial alliances with leading U.S. primes, established a broad American supplier strategy and managed complex operations spanning the United States, Europe and the Caribbean.

Through Aerie Group International, Stephen advises boards, shareholders, investors and senior executives on U.S. market entry, government business development, strategic partnerships, industrial positioning, special situations and acquisition-led growth. His approach is direct, senior-led and grounded in the realities of how customers, governments and corporate decision-makers act.
