Built AgustaWestland North America into a credible U.S. defense competitor.

Hand-picked to lead the North American integration of Agusta and Westland, Stephen expanded the business from four employees to approximately 400 and built more than $3 billion in business. The effort connected corporate strategy, government access, industrial partnerships, U.S. manufacturing and a differentiated market identity.

Led the winning VXX / Marine One strategy and industrial campaign.

Stephen led AgustaWestland’s strategy, industrial plan and bid effort within the US101 team that secured the presidential helicopter award. The campaign required far more than an aircraft proposal: it demanded a credible American industrial model, senior government engagement, prime-contractor alignment and a persuasive challenge to an entrenched incumbent.

Converted commercial helicopters into secure mission assets for HITRON.

Through Aerie Group, Stephen spearheaded the winning bid and initial operation to lease the first six armed helicopters supporting the U.S. Coast Guard’s Helicopter Interdiction Tactical Squadron counter-narcotics mission. The team converted commercial aircraft into operational mission assets on an accelerated schedule.
